De Edge offers coaching as a mechanism for sustaining the work our clients do and to deepen their skills
and practice gained through our consulting and programs. Coaching services are performance oriented and
leadership coaching inclusive of the following:
• Coaching as part of a consultation or engagement
• Coaching to increase individual and/or team performance
• Coaching for individual Executive Leaders
• Peer Coaching
Our coaching methodology is rooted in the SoL Coaching Model. It is housed in mutual discovery and team
learning. Coaching cycles combine face-to-face sessions, with telephone, Skype and email contact
between sessions if necessary.
A Note on Executive Coaching
De Edge Consulting is proud of its Executive Coaching Learning Program. It is designed to leverage
