translates into masterful productions based on his expertise. Apart from his ability to compose, create and produce tracks for several music genres, Joel has worked as a live performer as well as a music teacher:

About Joel Phillip

Joel has completed 7 grades of the Trinity School of Music Theory, London, completed the Musicology Certificate program in Ethno-musicology at the Creative Arts Center, UWI and has won the National Song Writers Festival. Joel is the son of legendary calypsonian, Brother Valentino.

On the International front, he has toured North America and Asia with his band, Passion Plus and was contracted

as the resident lounge band for JW Mariott -Mumbai India and Carnival Cruise Lines as the Official Caribbean Band. For cover band Second Entry, he has provided his expertise as a piano programmer and sequencer as well as background and lead vocals.

Being a dynamic, multi-faceted individual, his roles include being a composer, song writer, arranger, musician, music producer, sound engineer, music teacher, vocal arranger / coach.

He is the CEO of Passion Plus Music Production Company & Oxegen Zone, Co owner of A-Team Artiste Management Company Limited and Executive Producer/Consultant, Passion Plus Studios Limited.
