Our Job Enhancement Intervention Programs (JEIPs) are certified by the National Training Agency (NTA) of Trinidad & Tobago, The University of the West Indies (UWI), Faculty of Engineering, Engineering Institute and the Caribbean Association of Technologists, Technicians, Artisans and Craftsmen (CATTAC). These Programs will qualify and enhance the participants’ capability to sustain and enhance their Company’s heavy- industries business environment. These programs are designed to inculcate and sustain a culture of a minimum of 95% equipment availability and consistent design performance. The benefits of our intervention can be quantified by increased profitability, increased human resource development and increased environmental stability.
