•  Formulating critical planning questions

•  Developing the process of creating Mission, Vision and Core Values

•  Linking strategic & operating plans

•  Learning techniques to assess your organization's SWOT and
   competitive advantages

•  Creating plans that support the Company's Mission

•  Learning the cornerstones and challenges in the successful
   implementation of the Strategic Plan
