There are 30 units in total with 5 units on each level.
And there are 6 levels in total.

1. What recreational facilities are available?
There is a pool with a Lounge area where you can sit back and enjoy a sunny day. A Pool House with food prep area, shower stall, toilet facilities.
Security
1. What security measure will be in place ?
Automatic Gate driveway
24-hour security with an Intercom system from your unit direct to the entrance
gate.
Camera Surveillance security system in common areas
N. B. We cannot guarantee anyone's safety, or a crime free existence; however, we are spending a great deal of time, and attention on this issue.
General
1. Is the development a gated community?
Falcon Heights is a gated community, which means that only residents and invited guests will have direct access to the community.
2. Is there be water storage on site?
Yes – 63,000-gallon water tank for residential storage and in case of fire.
3. Where is the water storage located?
It is located underneath the pool area.
4. Is a gas cooker allowed?
No, The kitchen is designed for a cook top and a built in oven.
5. Are the units centrally air-conditioned?
Yes. Each unit has it's own dedicated Air Conditioning system. The unit is divided into three quadrants, each with a dedicated Air handler and each with the cooling capacity of 36,000 Btu/h. (British Thermal Units or BTUs)
6. How would garbage be disposed?
Via garbage chutes. There is a Garbage Chute room on each level, which feeds into a large bin on the Ground level (carpark level).
7. Will each unit have their individual electricity meter?
Yes. Each unit is individually metered.
8. What is the arrangement with respect to hot water to each apartment?
There will be a hot water storage heater in each unit
9. What is the car parking arrangement?
2 car parking spots are assigned to each unit. The Car Parking level contains 70 Car Parking Spots of which 60 are assigned to the units and 10 are assigned to visitors.
10. Where do I collect my mail?
A Mail collection area will be located on Brook Road at the entrance to the Community. This is the location approved by TTPOST to ensure mail delivery to the community.
11. What appliances are included in each Falcon Heights Units?
Designed for your comfort and convenience, the following kitchens appliances are standard to each unit: - W/25cu Refrigerator, 25S Wall Oven, F/30 Cook Top, W/1.7 Microwave, F/7CYC/ Dishwasher
In addition, each unit contains a stacked Washer and dryer and water heater.
Technological/Electrical/Mechanical
1. Are the units wired for Internet?
Yes. The units are pre-wired for high speed internet; data/voice and cable access.
2. Are there smoke detectors in the units?
Yes. Each unit will be equipped with smoke detectors and fire alarm system.
3. What measures will be put in place in the event of a fire?
There is a Fire Hose reel on each level and fire alarms. The emergency evacuation plan is in place and a fire drill will be held once homeowners move-in.
4. Will there be a sprinkler system?
Yes. The entire building will have sprinklers. Button-type sprinkler heads are used in all ceilings.
5. Is there provision for stand by power?
Yes. Standby power will be available for the common area lighting, elevators, security systems, water-storage.
6. Who takes care of the community amenities?
Falcon Heights Limited's Management will maintain the community amenities.
7. What maintenance fees can I expect to pay as a FALCON HEIGHTS unit owner?
All unit owners pay a monthly maintenance fee of $2,500 per month, which covers common area maintenance, security and common utilities, etc.
8. Is there a dedicated service elevator?
No. On your move-in day, one of the elevators will be reserved and prepared for you.
9. How many elevators are there in total?
