Where clients have been invoiced for services rendered and payment becomes outstanding after 30 days, All design elements remain the property of the WR Web Plus Design & Content Update Services until paid for in full.

Monies that still remains outstanding at thirty (30) days past the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 10% per month with the site being disabled at our discretion.

We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or via other acceptable legal means in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed $5000 TTD. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.

Based prior agreement and on our discretion, existing Customers (under retainer agreement) who refer prospects who later become long time clients/onetime customers are eligible for non-monetary compensation in three ways:

1) Free or discounted maintenance to computer systems or network.

2) Single page web site hosted at wrwebplus.com or

3) Discounted or extended content updates to web sites.

To be eligible you must be an existing active web design, web content updates customer or client for computer maintenance services within the last 30 working days or repeat customer in the last 6 months.

Compensation depends upon the value of maintenance services rendered previously.

New client referrals can be done by word of mouth, a text link on your web site, graphic ad rotated on your website or by filling out and submitted the "Suggest a Business" Form.

Like most interactive web sites, third party applications and scripts that are installed & hosted as part of this website may contain cookies to enable ease of use, the functionality of this area and for us to retrieve user details for each visit.
